BEAST PERFORMANCE:

NINJA CLASS LEVELS 1-3

Here ninjas will be introduced to beginner level obstacles and taught basic body mechanics and movements that will accelerate their overall progression. The focus of this class is to challenge beginner level ninjas enough to learn new skills/techniques and to improve their grip strength in order to ready them for their evaluation test.

BEAST PERFORMANCE:

NINJA CLASS LEVELS 6+

Ninjas that achieve level 6 status (or higher) will now be allowed to join any adult ninja classes. They are also encouraged to take the ninja fit and recovery classes plus any youth classes they choose to attend.

YOUTH MONTHLY MINI COMPETITION

Once a month, come test your skills with an American Ninja Warrior style course. This is a great way to get ready for real ninja competitions.

Scheduled for the first Friday of every month.

BEAST PERFORMANCE:

NINJA CLASS LEVELS 4-6

Ninjas that have passed the level 4 evaluation test, are recommended to take this class. Training in this class combines both beginner and intermediate level obstacles and courses to help prepare for ninja competitions and the level 7 evaluation test.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

(1-10 participants, $20 for each additional participant)

  • 40min Supervised Obstacle Play

  • 25min Customized Ninja Course

  • 20min Game of Your Choice (Dodgeball, Floor is Lava, Parkour Tag)

  • 35min Food & Birthday Cake

ADULT NINJA LEVEL 1-3

Adults with little to no ninja training experience are encouraged to take this class first. This class is focused around having fun and familiarizing yourself with some of the basic ninja obstacles to get your sweat on while learning the ninja warrior skills and techniques required for them.

ADULT NINJA LEVEL 4-6

If you have previous experience on ninja obstacles, then join this class for more intermediate & advanced level obstacle courses that will challenge you physically and mentally. 

ADULT TEAM NINJA/SPEED COURSE TRAINING

We are one of the only gyms in the country with a side by side team ninja style course setup. Come and race against yourself or other ninjas in a speed style ninja obstacle course. You don’t know cardio until you’ve tried this class. Excellent way to train your ninja speed skills.

Whether you want to compliment your ninja training or you're just looking for a good sweat, take our  conditioning style class.

Just For The Sweat!

Looking for a non-traditional calorie burning workout? Well, look no further! With obstacle fitness the workout possibilities are endless. Traditional fitness programs really take a toll on our bodies and leaves us with aches and pains, but here at Ninja Street we use body weight and band resistance exercises 90% of the time to get the same fitness results but with less wear and tear on your joints, ligaments, & tendons. So come on in and get Ninja Fit!

 

Compliment Ninja Training

Like any other sport, if you want to optimize your progression, you have to compliment your sports-specific fitness with strength building and conditioning exercises. In this class, the focus is to optimize the muscles and movements you use while competing on a ninja obstacle course.

PLIABILITY RECOVERY

Pliability is the lengthening and softening of tight, dense muscles. This class is strictly for recovery purposes. Muscles become tight, dense, and short the more stress we put them through. Ninja obstacles represent a great way to stress many of the body's muscles. To improve overall muscle pump function and decrease the likelihood of injury, it’s recommended to include pliability into your regular training routine.
